Server Hosting: Refunds within 14 days if service is unused, issued as account credits only.
Virtual Items (e.g., ranks, cosmetics): Non-refundable once delivered.
Fraudulent Charges: Report immediately for investigation.
2. Eligibility
Refunds may be granted if:
- The service is faulty and cannot be fixed.
- Billing errors occur (must provide proof).
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- Violation of Terms leading to a ban.
- Change of mind after using the service.
- Services used beyond the refund period.
- Custom development work after project commencement.
4. How to Request a Refund

5. Processing Time

For server hosting refunds, we typically issue account credits that can be used for future services. These credits do not expire and are transferable between services.
7. Disputes
If you disagree with our refund decision, you may appeal by providing additional information. We will review appeals within 48 hours.
